Mushroom-X旨在釋放菇菌的無限可能，並以菇菌表達對世界的愛，以菇創未來

我們研發創新菇菌食品來提供營養食物和增添美食享受
我們把創新的真菌材料作為塑膠替代品，並提供農業技術服務，以解決氣候變化、糧食危機和食品安全等全球問題

懷著把卓越的學術和技術的經驗轉化為實際影響的雄心壯志，我們在 2016 年獲得大學的資助。
Mushroom Social Project從 2017 年2月開始。我們成功於暑假舉辦小型展覽，向公眾展示了菇菌都市種植的可持續性。
兩位聯合創辦人關海山教授和何穎芝 (Beatrice) 於 2018 年 3 月成立社會企業 Mushroom-X Limited。

ITC的TSSSU資金支持我們開發技術平台。在資金的幫助下，我們能夠為本地的中小學舉辦STEAM研討會，同時為行業提供諮詢服務。
